Warranty
Every repair and installation carries a written warranty: one year on all materials and 30 days on all labor. The same terms are printed on your quote and invoice before any work begins.
What the warranty covers
Materials we supply and install are covered against defects for one year from the date on your invoice. Labor performed by our technicians is covered against workmanship defects for 30 days from the same date. Where a manufacturer provides its own longer warranty on a part, the manufacturer's documentation is provided with the invoice and applies to that part.
Where your warranty terms live
Ask for the terms in writing on your quote before you approve the work, and check that the paper in your hand matches this page. If it does not, stop and call us before the work starts.
How to make a claim
Call (877) 701-3851 or email info@mrfixitgaragedoor.com with your invoice number, the service address and a short description of the problem. We schedule a return visit and inspect the work. If the inspection shows the cause falls outside the coverage stated on your invoice, we tell you before any billable work begins and quote it in writing under our normal pricing practice.
