We don't publish a price list, because a spring on a 7 foot single door and a spring pair on an insulated double door are different jobs. What we do publish is exactly how the number is reached.

Why prices differ between doors
Door size and weight
Single, double, insulated or solid wood. Weight decides spring size, cable gauge and hardware.
Parts required
A roller swap and a spring pair with new bearings are different amounts of parts and labor.
Condition of the rest
We show you what else is worn and quote it separately. You decide what gets done today.
Diagnostic fees
If a diagnostic fee applies to your call, we explain it on the phone before anyone is scheduled. Ask how it is handled when you call. You will never learn about a fee for the first time on the invoice.
Repair versus replacement
When repair costs approach the price of a new door or opener, you get both numbers and our honest read. Older openers with discontinued parts and doors with damage across several sections usually favor replacement. See new door installation for what a replacement includes.
Warranty included
Every repair carries a written warranty: one year on all materials and 30 days on all labor. The same terms are printed on your invoice and explained on our warranty terms page.
